Everyone can agree on Haiyti, but Haiyti divides the German rap game by bringing together two of its most extreme forms. It's complicated. Just like her music. The Hamburg native used a lot of street moxie to fight her way straight up out of the gutter, and yet her autotune hooks sound as if they’ve fallen down from the clouds. Ronja Zschoche, formerly known as Miami, Ovadoze, or Robbery, fuses gangsta attitude and cloud rap like no one else in her generation. She hangs in the studio with Money Boy or Haftbefehl—Udo Lindenberg’s the only one who didn’t get her (he didn’t have time). She might rub a couple people the wrong way in the process, but her specialty is dealing it out—to many different people. First came her self-produced album »Havarie« and then the breakthrough mixtape »City Tarif«, and then her second LP »Montenegro Zero«, which at the beginning of 2018 pulled the carpet out from under the above-mentioned rap game. »100,000 fans« can’t have made a mistake—and soon it’ll be much more than that.
