Sky Blue Cowgirl—a life in excerpts. This is the promise of the evening, an evening like neither you nor we have ever witnessed. Who is this cowgirl? Sky Blue Cowgirl is Sophia Kennedy's muse, you see. She’s the shadow of the Hamburg-based musician, who last year overwhelmed us all with her avant-pop debut album »Sophia Kennedy« and also made a big splash live at Pop-Kultur. This year, Kennedy will bring her muse to life for the first time: picture a dramatic bull ride, nudie suits, lost phone conversations from the desert, German potatoes, and the loving use of violence in an apocalyptic showdown. The evening’s musical collaborators and performers will include Mense Reents, a producer and member of both Die Vögel and Goldene-Zitronen, the rapper Pokey, and the video and performance artist Rosanna Graf.
